Description

The entire house has been designed for light and airy comfort, utilising the latest technology and high specification finish.
The building is built to earthquake proof standards and is Grade A certified for the highest grade of energy efficiency. Solar water-heating panels on the roof supply the heating system, hot water and pool heating in the “Sorelle” apartment and the jacuzzi on the top terrace of “Eliseo” apartment.
The gardens have an automatic irrigation system using ground and rainwater water collected in the property’s own well.
There is private off-road parking; one tandem garage with an off road forecourt and an additional two covered parking places within the property. This latter parking area also hosts a refuse and recycling collection point serviced by the town council, for use by all the apartments.
All the apartments are built with security in mind, high security entry doors, windows are sliding or are inwards frame opening. The system controls the functions of the entire house, from the simplest ones such as opening or closing shutters/doors, to switching lights on and off, to the more complex activities such as switching heating on and off, or controlling the alarm system and video-cameras.
The system can be controlled through a fob/transponder key on site, or controlled remotely via computer internet connection or a smartphone.
